Caleb's Baby Blessing

So I have not been very good at updating this blog lately. But one of our recent events was Caleb's baby blessing. We blessed him in my parents ward along with Chris and Becca who blessed Grace. (Grace is 6 weeks younger than Caleb). We blessed them on January 24. I wish we took more pictures. Especially one of Caleb and Grace together. There just seemed to be so much going on.

It was a fun day though. Church started nice and early at 9 am. It was so sweet to see Cory blessing our baby. I am so grateful to have a husband that can. It was a great blessing and I even got a little teary-eyed. Especially since Cory got a little choked up. He told me afterwards that he didn't close his eyes at all because Caleb just layed there smiling up at him. I wish I had a picture of that! We had a nice little lunch at my parents house and hung out there for a few hours before heading to Cory's parents house. It was a great day and thanks everyone who came and made it special for us!

Caleb is 12 weeks here. He's getting to be such a chunk! He's a little over 14.5 pounds here.

Oh good! I'm glad you were able to get those pictures. I thought they were really cute of you and Caleb. He really is a chunk. But such a cute chunk. :)

I love his size--I think he's adorable. And playing with him today was so fun, too.

I love baby blessings, especially for the babies I know--I'm always a wreck during my own kids. Who knew I was a crier after all. :)

Hey that was my birthday. Good day :) Congrats! It sounds like the perfect day! He's a cute little chunk ;) From what I hear it's totally normal for babies to beef up and then once they start crawling/walking they lose it pretty fast :)

He is so freaking darling Kimmy! But we all knew that before you even had him! Look at his parents with their amazing looks! I am glad we were able to be there for his blessing!

P.S. you asked me on the table post if I could mix and match. The ones I found i think are sets but I will look into that because I really like that combo you suggested! Thanks a bundle!
